How Do I Select Fabrics?

You can choose fabrics through WhatsApp using our e-catalogues and video calls.
We’ll share photos of our latest ready stock and trending prints.

You can shortlist designs you like; we’ll confirm availability, fabric base, and pricing before you finalize your order.

If you’re visiting India, you can also select fabrics in person at our Delhi showroom.

Do You Deliver Pan-India? Do You Export?

Yes, we deliver across India through domestic transport and courier services.
We also work with international freight agents to export to major countries and global markets.
Please contact us to confirm delivery to your specific address.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We currently ship to buyers across Europe (UK, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Germany, and more) and to selected Middle Eastern destinations such as the UAE and Kuwait.

If your country isn’t listed, we can still arrange shipping through our freight partners.

You can also choose delivery to your factory/agent in India, which is often faster and simpler.

Export shipment - Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our total export MOQ is 1000 meters per shipment, with a minimum of 100 meters per design.

This allows you to pick 8–10 designs in one shipment—ideal for testing new collections with variety.

Payment Terms

We require 100% advance payment before dispatch for all export orders.
Payments can be made via bank transfer (SWIFT) in foreign currency.

If you’re shipping to your factory in India, your agent can make the payment on your behalf.

Shipping Time

Ready stock orders ship within 7–10 days after payment confirmation.
Custom print orders take 10–15 days depending on design complexity and fabric base.

After dispatch, shipping times vary by country. You can contact us on WhatsApp for delivery timelines.

Is Custom Designing Possible?

Yes. You can share your artwork, mood board, or color palette, and we will create a custom print on your chosen fabric base.

The minimum order for custom prints is 100 meters per design.

Is Repeat Quantity Possible?

Yes, we can supply repeat quantities for most of our digital fabrics within 10–15 working days.
For other fabric types, repeat quantities depend on stock availability.
